Shipping & Returns

Every order ships free. Orders placed before 2pm ET leave the warehouse the same business day; typical delivery is 2–5 business days in the US and 5–10 internationally. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Not for you? Return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee. Email info@wardli.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Warranty

Every Wardli sticker is covered for one year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship — including battery failure, adhesive failure under normal use, and water ingress within the IP68 rating. If a sticker fails, we replace it; if we can't, we refund it. Damage from misuse, modification, or normal cosmetic wear isn't covered.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account email, the items and names you create, and item presence events from your own Wardli hardware. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and location/presence data is visible only to your account.

• Payments are processed by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our servers.
• You can export or permanently delete your data at any time by emailing info@wardli.com.
• We use no third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Wardli you agree to use it only to track items you own or have permission to track. Wardli is a convenience product, not a security system: we work hard to make alerts fast and reliable, but we can't guarantee every event is detected, and Wardli isn't liable for loss or theft of tracked items. Accounts used to track people or third-party property without consent will be terminated.

Security

Traffic between your devices, your Wardli hardware, and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS). Hardware units authenticate with unique per-device credentials that can be revoked from your account instantly. Found a vulnerability?
